SHIPPING

We offer continental US shipping with UPS Ground.  We do not currently ship outside the US but hope to soon. If you prefer expedited shipping, please contact info@tortugaliving.com and we can provide you with a custom quote.

UPS Ground Delivery

  • 2-3 business days (East coast and Mid Atlantic states) 
  • 3-4 business days (Midwestern states and Southern states)
  • 4-5 business days (Western states and West coast)

 

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes you need extra time to make decisions, so we offer 10 days (extended to 30 days for purchases made between Nov 15 - Dec 31) to contact us regarding a return of your Tortuga Forma order if you find any damages, defects, or disappointments. Eligible items can be exchanged for up to 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Proof of purchase is required. Special order items and sample sale items are not eligible for return. If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for original delivery charges and return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. With increased shipping and operational costs, we cannot offer free returns at this time but have worked diligently to ensure these fees are as low as possible.

  • Contact the team at customer@tortugaliving.com to initiate the return or exchange. Please include descriptions and photos of any damages or defects. Our team is mighty but small, please allow up to 3 days for a response.

  • Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits, or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Tax will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects. Tortuga Forma reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition because of misuse or damage caused by a customer.

 

FAQ

What if I don’t like my product after the 10 day return period for home accessories or 10 day return period for furniture?

We’re disappointed you are unhappy with the product.  Please reach out to our customer service team and although we can’t offer a full refund, we will try to find a solution. Email us at customer@tortugaliving.com.

Where do I find assembly instructions?  How do I receive additional help with installation?

We try to minimize paper waste and print assembly instructions either on the interior side of the packaging or on the product page online. TORTUGA products are made to be self-assembled, but if anything is unclear, don't hesitate to reach out to us. 

Where are TORTUGA products made?

We work with manufacturers around the globe from China to Portugal to the United States and specify the production origin for each piece on its product page. We ensure that our manufacturing partners are sourcing raw materials ethically and have the compliancy paperwork to support that.  We visit each partner to ensure that labor standards and production facilities are top notch.
